4 days in Morocco Itinerary from Casablanca

itinerary
On the first day of our journey
We are going to pick you up at the hotel in the economic capital of Morocco, Casablanca. We are going to visit the Hassan 2 Mosque which is one of the greatest Islamic monuments in North Africa. Then we are going to stop by the Corniche of Casablanca which is one of the beautiful places to see in the city. Afterward, our destination will Rabat, a nice city and the administrative capital of Morocco. It is known for its attractive landmarks such as Hassan tower, a nice minaret of an incomplete mosque. It is honestly a good place for pictures and enjoying the view.
In addition to that, we are going to visit the splendid Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Later in the day, we are going to drive to the imperial city of Fez. On the way there, we are going to pass by small towns and villages as well as large acres of farmlands. Not only that we are also going to stop by Meknes city; It is one of the best cities which is only a couple of miles away from Fez. When in Meknes, we are going to see the stunning massive walls and gates whose origin date back to the reign of the Ismaili dynasty, particularly Sultan Moulay Ismail. After sightseeing Meknes, we are going to carry on driving toward fez where we are going to book in the hotel and spend our journey’s first night.
On the second day
We will make sure we wake up early to have breakfast and hit the road to Ifran. It is the little Switzerland of Africa and the most attractive place. Especially, if you happen to coincide with wintertime weather thanks to the beauty of the white snow that falls there. Then we are going to drive for a few miles, and stop for a while in one green and peaceful forest by the road near Azrou city. It is where you will see the monkeys climbing and clinging to trees as well as take some Panoramic views among the bushes. After that, we are going to carry on driving until we get to one small but wonderful city named Midelt. Where we are going to stop for lunch.
After having lunch in Midelt, we are going to drive straight to Ziz valley. It is where we are going to stop for some photos if you wish. Then continue to the Sahara desert while driving through a bunch of Berber villages as well such as Errachidia and Erfoud. It is where you will feel the Atmosphere of the desert. When we arrive in the Sahara desert, we are going to take you on a camel ride to the summit of Erg Chebbi. Where you will get to see the beauty of the sunset and the attractiveness of the golden dunes, and then we are going to spend our night In the desert in a well-equipped camp.
On the third day
We will wake you up early for you to enjoy the stunning sunrise in the desert. After that, we are going to go back to the hotel to have a nice shower and get ready for a nice drive toward Boumalne Dades. On the way there, we are going to pass through certain villages. Which are all Berber villages such as El Jorf, Mellab, Izilf, and Tinjdad, and then we are going to stop in a small town named Tinghir.
It is a nice city with enjoyable places such as the gorge of Toudra. It attracts a good deal of tourists yearly thanks to its panoramic views and its canyons. After Lunch in the Valley of Toudra, we are going to drive to Boumalne Dades. Which is also known for its beautiful traditional houses and people, Valleys and hotels. Not only that but it is also a major resting area for travelers heading to Marrakesh. We are going to spend the night there, and resume driving the next day.
On the fourth and the last day of our 4 days in Morocco
After breakfast, we’ll be ready to drive to Ouarzazate. The city known as the little Hollywood of Morocco, as some film industry takes place in that region. On the way there we are going to stop by some interesting places such as the Kasbah of Taourirt, the valley of Roses in Kelaat Mgouna. Last but not least the Atlas Studio. When we arrive in Ouarzazate, we will have driven approximately half the distance to Marrakesh.
Afterward, we are going to see the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou with its beautiful houses that were built in a majestic way reflecting the history of Berbers in the Kasbah. In addition to all that, we are going to drive through the big Atlas Mountains. It is where many visitors like to stop for pictures and some rest. Then we are going to drive to Marrakesh where our lovely trip will come to an end.
